Happywater launches in KL with one van, one route, and a stubborn belief that water delivery could feel friendly. The founder — a German expat who'd just made Malaysia home — was tired of lugging cases up the stairs. He figured someone should just bring the water to the door, properly.
Word of mouth carries us across Petaling Jaya and into KL proper. We add a second filtration line, a second van, and our first batch of returnable bottles to keep up.
