A 5-gallon Happywater bottle is RM 14, including delivery within the Klang Valley. The same RM 14 rate applies to prepaid packages.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of being filled. We bottle to order, so your water is filtered fresh rather than sitting on a shelf.

Yes. Every 5-gallon and 3-gallon bottle is a reusable rental covered by a small refundable deposit. We collect the empties on your next delivery, sanitise them and refill them.

Any standard top-loading or bottom-loading 5-gallon or 3-gallon dispenser. Happywater also sells three of its own models — a top-load dispenser, a bottom-load tower and a cordless electric pump.

Treated mains water from Air Selangor, processed at our Puchong facility under Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia approval no. KKM 163 (52/B/23).

Yes. Prepay for 40 bottles and get 2 free, or 60 bottles and get 4 free — still RM 14 a bottle. There is no subscription and no lock-in contract.

No. Happywater has no contract and no subscription. Order a single bottle à la carte, or prepay a package if you'd rather buy in bulk.
